Getting back in the groove after a few days in San Francisco last week and feeling recharged and inspired
{as travel often does to me}. That city really has my heart. The more I visit, the more I fall in love with it. Do you ever have that feeling when you go somewhere and you just feel completely in your element? That's how I feel whenever I'm exploring SF. Hoping that work takes me there more often...
Meanwhile, I took a few iPhone snaps en route and around the city.
That city is magical and I miss it every day! We should plan to cross paths there some day!
ReplyDeleteThe light is beautiful.
ReplyDeletei know exactly what you mean...i was in atlanta, georgia recently and felt the same way! but i'd love to visit san francisco soon...it looks like such a vibrant, fun city. :)
ReplyDeleteoh san francisco, i'd love to visit it sometimes! but i feel that way in new york, though last time i was there for 3 weeks and i really missed lisbon! i finally figured out that i'm even more in love with the city i call home and nothing compares to it! you should come here, they say it has something similar to san francisco!
ReplyDeleteThat's definitely how I feel in San Francisco as well. It's my dream to move up there eventually, but I have a feeling we'll be in LA for a while.
ReplyDeleteTravel does the exact same for me. In fact, it always makes my husband and I talk about how much we want to move to a crazy, spontaneous place. I imagine that past the initial exhaustion, it would be similarly exhilarating. We just got back from Palm Springs/LA, and I'm already dying to explore somewhere new.
ReplyDeletewowzers, these pics are stunning. You go girl. i miss SF too.
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing like traveling to feel recharged. It makes you see your own environment in a different way, and if you travel right, I've found that it enables you to let go of things that don't matter.
ReplyDeleteOn a different note, that pizza looks delicious and your photos are making me want to visit SF so badly. The photo of the street through the window in particular.
san francisco is the best city. i lived there for 10 years and i miss it everyday.
ReplyDeleteI would love to visit SF! One day...
