Took a day trip with some friends up to Oak Glen on Saturday to pick apples (or rather, consume apples in every form: apple donuts, apple burritos, cider floats, apple pie) and picnic.
Pretty much the perfect way to usher in fall. I couldn't get over how lush and green it was up there...highly recommend a visit if you're in the LA area.
Now what to do with all these apples — if any of you have a favorite pie recipe, send it on over!
